This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course is based on the postures of traditional Hatha yoga, In this course you will learn and practice a wide range of yoga asanas. The syllabus comprises the history and background of Yoga and Yoga practices, Asanas, Pranayamas, Kriyas and their benefits, limitations and contraindications.
